Arson-hit flats are emptied
Arsonists struck at two blocks of flats in the Black Country – forcing some residents to be rehomed overnight.

A blaze broke out in the lift at the 10 storey St Anne's Court, in Roseville Gardens, Willenhall, at around 9.20pm.
Five adults were treated at the scene for smoke inhalation and a number of residents were moved out.
In Dudley, crews were called to a suspected arson attack at a block of flats above a factory in the town.
Five fire crews were called to the blaze which is believed to have started in a mattress in a bedsit at around 8pm last night.
Although the fire was only small and was contained within one room, crews were forced to evacuate 11 residents.
