Armed robber strikes at hotel

The worker had his keys taken before cash was taken from a till and the safe at Compass Hotel in Bentley.
The terrifying raid happened at around 3am yesterday in Wolverhampton Road West, near to Junction 10 of the M6.
The 25-year-old porter was not injured in the robbery and police are now appealing for witnesses to come forward.
The robber, who was also carrying a crowbar, walked through to the reception of the hotel and threatened the worker before taking an unknown quantity of cash.
He left through the reception and headed towards the back of the hotel on foot.
The raider was around 6ft, medium build and wore a black hooded top, gloves and white trainers. His face was covered by scarves.
Witnesses can call Bloxwich CID on 01922 439177. DC Simon Forscutt said: "The hotel is located very close to Junction 10 of the M6 so there may have been people about in the early hours."
