Town's Currys to be a blueprint
The huge success of the Currys Megastore in Wednesbury will see it become the template for up to 50 new stores to be built nationwide, the company has revealed.

Currys and PC World owner DSG International said average weekly profits at the 60,000 sq ft store have increased by more than 50 per cent since it opened to huge crowds in October.
The Axletree Way operation, which employs around 150 people, is now on course for annual sales of up to £35 million.
The company said there were plenty of opportunities for "between 20 to 50 such superstores across the UK".
The megastore trial will be rolled out to five more UK stores this year, DSG said. It comes as it prepares for the arrival of American electrical retailer Best Buy's giant superstores in the UK later this year.
