Two Kidderminster community support officers have been praised for their bravery and dedication in helping arrest two people suspected of attempted murder.
A call was received on August 22 last year about a 24-year-old man being slashed in the neck in Comberton Road, Kidderminster.
He suffered serious injuries. CSOs Brian Cornibert and Nathan Chater saw two suspects, a man and a youth, in the town and gave chase.
A man, aged 23, from Bewdley, has since pleaded guilty to wounding.
