Second car dealer due to axe jobs
Jobs were today expected to be axed at a car dealership in Wolverhampton – making it the second motor firm in the city to shed staff in less than a week.

Evans Halshaw Vauxhall on Bilston Road this afternoon refused to comment on reports it was making up to 33 people redundant.
The company has more than 180 dealerships across the UK with franchises to sell and service Chevrolet, Citroen, Fiat, Ford, Hyundai, Kia, Nissan, Peugeot, Renault, Suzuki and Vauxhall.
Its Ford dealership on Birmingham Road is not believed to be affected.
Last Friday Volvo and Hyundai dealerships run by Co-operative Motors on Parkfield Road closed, leaving 23 people out of work.
A relative of an Evans Halshaw worker, who asked not to be named, said today: "This is the last thing any of them would want at Christmas. It's a sign of the times at the moment but everyone is just devastated.
"We keep hearing about all these luxury car makers asking for handouts from the Government because people are not buying but the problem is across the board, even with the affordable cars like Vauxhall."
Pendragon, the firm which handles PR for the dealership failed today to respond to the Express & Star.
