Visitors were still banned from the Cookley ward where there was an outbreak of the infection.
They were also halted from wards at the Worcestershire Royal Hospital at Worcester and at the Alexandra at Redditch except in exceptional circumstances.
Janet Marie Clark, spokesman for the Worcestershire Acute Hospital's Trust responsible for all three hospitals, said: "The infections are under control and our advice is under review.
"At the moment visitors are asked to stay away from the wards because of moves to contain the infection." As many as 40 patients were affected in total at the weekend, but only two were at Kidderminster Hospital.
