Changing rooms to open

New sports changing rooms costing £200,000 are to be opened at Habberley Road Playing Fields in Kidderminster.

The official opening will take place tomorrow on completion of the building project. The changing rooms will replace a previous cramped and outdated brick and timber building.

The new building will provide four team changing rooms, a referee's room, shower area and disabled facilities. Wyre Forest District Council, which is responsible for the scheme, has also resurfaced the car park and installed new fencing.
