Walkers face barbed wire

Dog-walkers in Kidderminster claim they are being denied access to fields along the Birmingham Road after a style was blocked off.

Barbed wire has been placed across an area where there was a style and access into the fields which local councillor Fran Oborski claims people have been able to use for as long as 30 years.

She is now appealing for people who have used a style at this point during the past 30 years to call her on 01562 823911.

She added: "The county council needs evidence before officials can take action."
