Buyer in for Witley Court

A prospective buyer has made an offer for Witley Court, Worcestershire's most famous historic mansion house which has gone up for sale.

The court and land of the 19th Century Italianate was put up for offer in seven lots six months ago. It stretches over 40 acres of Great Witley.

The Wigginton family ideally want to sell the estate as a whole.

It went on sale with a guide price of £887,00 in spring.
