Kidderminster's driving test centre is set to be axed after campaigners lost their battle to get it moved to an alternative site in the town.
Protesters had been campaigning for the Driving Standards Agency to reconsider its decision to close the centre.
It had received a stay of execution until February as officials considered objections. But the DSA has now said it will not look at alternative sites as it plans to pull out of the town.
A meeting has been arranged by protesters for 8.30pm on Monday at Kidderminster Rugby Club.
