KFC unveils town plans

KFC has unveiled plans for a takeaway restaurant creating more than 15 jobs in Kidderminster.

Proposals for the scheme in Comberton Hill have been submitted to Wyre Forest District Council for planning approval.

Bosses will be looking to recruit between 15 and 20 people from the local area to work in the restaurant. A spokesman said: "As one of the most popular quick-service restaurants in the UK we always look for suitable locations to expand."
