Chase concerts draw 12,000 fans

Over 12,000 people visited Cannock Chase at the weekend for a three-day musical bonanza.

Organisers of the concerts, held in the unique setting of the Chase forest, say the weekend has been a roaring success.

Last night it was Britpop fever as The Charlatans entertained fans with support from girl band Ipso Facto and Scottish band Glasvegas.

The Zutons performed on Saturday and Status Quo on Friday night.
