Michelle EvansA six pack of coke has proved to be the best buy of Michelle Evans' life after it put her on the road to a £150,000 Aston Martin Vanquish – previously owned by footballer Wayne Rooney.

Michelle, now joins the ranks of the rich and famous – including James Bond – with a set of wheels many can only dream of.

She won the car in a Coca Cola promotional prize draw after buying the soft drinks at Asda in Darlaston.

The care assistant, who lives on Deans Road in Eastfields, Wolverhampton, had to scratch off a special card inside the promotional pack.

She also had to send a text to the number given and a few weeks later she was notified she had the very car which goalscoring hero Rooney has referred to in numerous interviews as one of his favourite possessions.

A delighted Michelle said she could not believe her ears when she was first told the news.

said: "It's a bit like finding the golden ticket to Willy Wonka's chocolate factory – only better.

"I had texted the code and forgot all about it so when I got the call a few weeks later I thought they were taking the mickey. I just couldn't believe it."

The car was delivered to an excited Michelle a few weeks ago.

She added: "Everyone loves the car. It really is a beauty and my boyfriend Martin Hill thinks its wonderful."

The Aston Martin Vanquish is most famous for being featured as the official James Bond car in Die Another Day, the 20th James Bond film. Unlike Rooney's former motor however, 007's car had special adaptations to make it become invisible.

The Vanquish has a 5.9 litre engine and Aston Martin bosses announced that the last 40 cars built would have a new Ultimate Black exterior colour.
