Vandals have stoned homes, a community centre and school on a Kidderminster estate leaving residents feeling they are under seige.
Vehicles have also been damaged in the Spennells area of the town during the vandalism which targeted Heronswood Primary School, Spennells Community Centre and Spennells Youth Centre.
Eggs and stones have also been thrown at homes. Police said today they were making extra patrols. And detectives have been issued with video cameras to film incidents they see.
Damage caused to windows and vehicles is believed to run into thousands of pounds. The cost of repairs at the Youth Centre alone since Christmas is thought to be more than £1,000.
Local Policing Officer PC Kev Fincher said: "We would like to remind parents that it is their responsibility to know where their children are, who they are with and what they are up to in the evenings."
People are urged to attend a meeting at Heronswood Primary School at 7pm on March 11 to discuss the problems.
