Today marks the 50th anniversary of the Munich Air Disaster which wiped out the cream of Manchester United's famous Busby Babes.

Among those to lose their lives after the crash was Dudley's Duncan Edwards – described by Sir Bobby Charlton as the greatest player he has ever seen.

Edwards is buried in Dudley Cemetery and there is a statue in memory of him in the town centre.

Football fans have been visiting both scenes to lay their tributes and pay their respects to the footballer who died at the age of 21, having already won 18 caps for England.

Video journalist Victoria Hoe went to both sites to see the tributes to the player.
