On the company's website, bloggers have listed their most bizarre house viewing experiences and revealed a surprising list of off-putting tales.
Over two thirds of people said they wanted to leave a property because of unbearable temperatures, whilst other unpleasant experiences included:
Being 'licked to death' by a large dog
Football fans letting out an 'almighty roar' when their team scores on TV
One of the owners being 'in tears' because they didn't want to sell
Dirty dishes and unpleasant smells
