Pair in marathon effort
A 10-year-old cyclist completed a gruelling bike ride from Stourbridge to the Welsh coast to raise money for a charity that helped save his grandmother's life over 20 years ago.

Determined youngster Max Eden, from Heath Street, made it 100 mountainous miles from Stourbridge's Mary Stevens Park to Aberdovey, with dad Russell.
The bike-mad pair completed the ride over four days in aid of the Oesophageal Patients Association (OPA) and have raised around £600. Max's nan Iris, aged 69, became ill with the cancer back in 1983, needing radical surgery and plenty of support from her family and the OPA to survive.
Dad Russell said: "It is a massive achievement for a 10-year-old and a lot of people can't believe he managed to do it."
He added: "We set off from Mary Stevens Park at 10am on the first day with a group of friends and stopped for lunch in Bridgnorth. Everyone else then turned back and we continued on our way."
The pair have so far collected in £600.
