Have sex or make a cuppa claim
A "vulgar" nurse accused of telling a colleague "either sleep with me or make a cup of tea" has been told he must wait three months before learning of his fate.

John Hagans, aged 32, of Tipton, is also said to have touched a fellow worker. He appeared before the Nursing and Midwifery Council in London to face the claims which relate to the time he was working at three care homes in the Midlands.
Care assistant Susan Denton was working with Hagans at the Barton House Nursing Care Home in Cannock when he felt her knee under a dining table on March 24, 2004, the panel heard.
And he was working at the Hardwick Court Nursing Home in Stafford Road, Great Wryley – now the Lakes Nursing Home – when he made an inappropriate comment to care assistant Cheryl Kingston, it was claimed. Hagans is also accused of making a vulgar joke when administering a pessary to an elderly woman.
He was working as an agency nurse for Excel Direct Nursing Agency between February and April 2004 when the three alleged incidents occurred at different homes in Cannock, Walsall and Hoar Cross Nursing Home near Burton upon Trent.
While denying misconduct at the central London hearing, Hagans admitted to giving false details to two GP surgeries in Guernsey in order to get prescriptions for hundreds of dangerous tablets while working on the island three-and-a-half years ago, employed by the Guernsey Board of Health.
He was working at Cobo Surgery and Queens Road Medical Practice when he obtained the drug prescriptions in February 2004.
He admitted getting prescriptions for Coproxamol, Lansoprazole, Paroxetine and Seroxat tablets from two different doctors.
The case will now resume on October 25 when the panel will decide if he is guilty of misconduct.
