Drivers in for months of misery
Drivers will face four months of delays from today for a total overhaul of a major road near Rugeley.

Less than a mile of the A51 will be completely reconstructed at Brereton Hill at a cost of £630,000 to taxpayers.
It will include the use of ash from the nearby power station.
The move has been labelled unnecessary by one local councillor, who said it would cause significant traffic problems over the next 15 weeks.
Traffic will be reduced to one lane and controlled by temporary traffic lights.
Staffordshire County Council experts say the project, from Lea Hall Way to Bardy Lane in Armitage, will underpin the busy road's future for 20 years.
Bosses promised to do everything possible to minimise disruption.
But Brereton and Ravenhill district councillor Gerald Molineux said it could be a waste of money.
"There's not a bad surface and there have been no complaints or serious accidents, so it seems crazy," he said.
