Wednesfield-born Miss Badger lost the battle for the £100,000 job with Sir Alan Sugar to Michelle Dewberry in the second series of The Apprentice.
She described this year's contestants as a "weird bunch" and said she would "crush" current Essex boy contestant Tre Azam.
Miss Badger said: "I hate watching myself on television. After watching some episodes of The Apprentice, I was physically sick.
Miss Badger added she was not impressed by the business hopefuls competing to win this year's series. "They're a weird bunch. Us lot used to argue but you never saw us going 'get out of my space'," she said.
"That's not business. If Tre was in my business, I'd crush him within a minute. I'd smack him. He's all mouth and no trousers."
The straight-talking businesswoman is currently appearing in Sky One series Badger or Bust, where she has helped restore the fortunes of Willenhall company Camberley Curtains and Blinds.
She slammed her ex-husband's decision to sell stories about the collapse of the couple's marriage following her affairs with two women.
She said: "There are some things that you never get over. I was very, very, very disappointed in him. The person who's lost is him because he's lost a family and he's lost friendships, while I'm still in regular contact with his mum.
"It's a shame, but to me he did the unforgivable and I will never, ever forgive or get over it."
Miss Badger has been in a relationship with a woman for more than a year and said she had not ruled out the possibility of children.
She added: "I do love kids. They're great and they take you out of your comfort zone. But I've already got a nephew and niece who run rings around me."
