More than 35 people crammed into the Eagle Auction Showrooms, in Stourbridge Road, Halesowen, to bid for items collected by a local woman.
One poster, which was signed by all the band on their Voodoo Lounge tour, made £310 – more than double its reserve price – while another signed poster fetched £160.
The collection of more than 80 lots belonged to a former wardrobe and stage assistant from Halesowen who toured the world with the band in the 80s and 90s.
Head auctioneer Ivan Dunn said the auction had gone better than he had expected.
Pete Checketts, aged 50, from Wollaston, who bought some legwarmers to add to his collection of Rolling Stones' clothing, said: "I'm a huge Stones' fan and when I go to see them in concert everything I wear has got something to do with them."
