Three charged on train injuries
Three people have been charged with endangering the life of a freight train driver who was seriously hurt when a lump of masonry was thrown through his cab window.

Kevin Clee, aged 18, Martin Clee, 21, and a 16-year-old youth, all from Kidderminster, have been charged with two offences each of criminal damage being reckless as to endanger life.
The charges follow an incident when masonry hit a train driven by Joseph Paxton from Birmingham.
All three are on police bail and will appear before Kidderminster magistrates next Friday.
Mr Paxton, aged 57, was hurt when masonry was hurled through the cab window while passing through Kidderminster.
He was in hospital for several days after suffering a broken jaw and multiple bone fractures in his face when masonry smashed the window of his freight train as it travelled through Kidderminster on December 17.
