Lulu, Ruby Turner and Louise Marshall will be guest singers when the big band plays a mix of boogie-woogie, swing, jazz and R&B at Birches Valley, near Rugeley, on June 24.
Jools and his orchestra have become established as one of the most prolific touring acts in the UK and now play an average of 100 live shows a year, touring Britain and the world to audiences in excess of 500,000.
It is the second concert to be announced for the season of Cannock Chase festivals, after The Feeling were confirmed two weeks ago to play on June 22.
Alastair Semple, forest planner for the Forestry Commission in the West Midlands, said: "We are delighted Jools has confirmed. He will undoubtedly be a huge hit."
