Police have released the CCTV stills as they tighten the net round the yob who left residents in Lower Gornal facing hundreds of pounds in repairs.
Sergeant Chris Farley, from Sedgley police station, said: "This was an act of random and senseless vandalism that nobody could have predicted."
The man in the pictures is wearing a dark, plain green, shiny jacket which looks to have a baggy fit. He is also wearing a light-coloured hat, beige trousers and dark-coloured trainers.
Officers are certain they are searching for a man with a Black Country accent, a deep, slightly husky voice and a distinctive, round-shouldered posture.
The attacks took place in Stickley Lane, Wood Road and surrounding areas of Lower Gornal between 4am and 5am last Sunday morning. Anyone with information should call the Sedgley and Gornal neighbourhood policing team on 0845 113 5000, extension 7908 6230 or 7908 6232.
