The teenagers, aged 16, were chatting on the Bromsgrove Street car park at about 9pm last night, when two vehicles, a blue Ford Escort and a white Volkswagen Golf or Polo, pulled up.
An argument broke out and the teenagers were stabbed with what is believed to be a knife.
They were taken to the Worcestershire Royal Hospital, one with wounds to his abdomen and the other with wounds to his chest.
Their injuries are serious but not life-threatening.
Two youths, aged 17 and 18, from Kidderminster, were arrested on suspicion of wounding. Another 17-year-old youth was arrested on suspicion of affray.
Detective Sergeant Gerry Smith, of north Worcestershire Police, said: "This was a serious incident and had the potential to be very nasty. There were a number of young people present. We are appealing for those who have not already spoken to officers to contact us, along with anyone who has information about the white car."
