Under FA Cup rules visiting fans are entitled to 15 per cent of the tickets - more than league matches - and Wolves have decided to house them in the Jack Harris stand.
Season ticket holder Tim Chrames said supporters who normally sat behind the goal had been shifted to the more expensive side stands. "Some people have had to pay £4 more per ticket for a family of four because they have no seats left," said Mr Chrames.
"Everybody in the queue was saying it's an absolute disgrace that people who have been moved had to pay more."
The 32-year-old, who is from Kingswinford said Albion supporting friends told him that if they were ever moved out of their seats they were offered a ticket at the same price as their normal seat would have been.
Other fans have revealed their frustration at Wolves' stance in e-mails to the Express & Star.
Claire Bateman said she had to give up her season ticket and faced paying extra for the game.
She said: "I have been waiting with eager anticipation for this game since the draw was made, but could now possibly pay anything up to £6 extra for a ticket in one of the other stands around Molineux."
Adrian Harris criticised the Wolves management and said he would be boycotting the match.
He claimed home fans were paying more than Albion supporters for their tickets.
Mr Harris said: "On principle and protest I will not be going to Molineux."
Wolves spokeswoman Lorraine Hennessy said: "This potentially affects up to 3,297 season ticket holders, should they all wish to attend the cup game.
"We have 1,200 alternative seats available to them at the same price (£23) as the one they will need to vacate.
"The next available cheapest seats, which have an improved view, are priced at £27.
"Season ticket holders are made aware that this situation may arise as it is highlighted in the terms and conditions which supporters agree to at the time of purchase. Holding a season ticket only entitles fans to buy 'a seat' for cup games, it does not guarantee it will be the same seat as used for League matches.
"Ideally we would not want to ask any season ticket holder to move from their regular seat but, on this occasion, it was the only viable option open to us. The majority of supporters understand this and we have received only a small number of complaints."
