Storytelling festival comes to Stafford
A two-day storytelling festival is to be staged in Stafford next month.

Stafford Castle and the MET Studio will provide the settings for the event, starting with A Storytelling Double Bill for Grown Ups at the studio on September 8.
The following day, a team of professional storytellers present Stories at Stafford Castle. An historian and tour guide will help bring the past alive and set the scene for some of the tales while a musician will play ancient melodies on medieval pipes.
This will be followed by a Storytelling Cabaret in the evening at the MET. Tickets for all three events can be bought for £27, or bought singly, from the box office on 01785 619080 or online at www.staffordgatehousetheatre.co.uk.
