The group – best known for their 2006 hit Chelsea Dagger – will play at the Wulfrun Hall on November 24.

Although the band originate from north of the border, their guitarist Barry Fratelli moved to Bridgnorth some years ago and counts gigs in Wolverhampton as hometown shows.

The band's debut album Costello Music reached number two in the albums chart and led to the group winning Best British Breakthrough Act at the 2007 Brit Awards.

New album We Need Medicine – the band's first release in five years – is out on October 7.

Tickets for the Wulfrun show cost £23. Call 0870 320 7000 or email boxoffice@wolvescivic.co.uk
