Indie heroes The Twang playing festive Bimringham gig
Sandwell indie stars The Twang will play a celebratory Christmas gig at Birmingham's O2 on Sunday with a line-up featuring other favourites.

The event will feature support from Superfood, Dakota Beats and The Problems.
The gig follows the release of the band's third album, 10:20. The band also announced that original drummer Matty Clinton had been sacked and was being replaced by Ash Sheehan.
The band, whose founder members were vocalist and singer Phil Etheridge, bassist Jon Watkins, singer Martin Saunders, guitarist Stu Hartland and Clinton, formed in 2001.
They became popular following the release of their debut single, Wide Awake, in March 2007. They worked on their debut album, Love It When I Feel Like This, with Gavin Monaghan, the well-known West Midlands producer whose other credits include Editors, Ocean Colour Scene, Robert Plant, The Holloways and Scott Matthews.
The album reaching number three in the UK. It was followed in 2009 by the band's second album, Jewellery Quarter, produced by Neil Claxton.
The group underwent a number of changes, with Stu Hartland leaving the band's studio set-up and a new guitarist, Jimmy Jazz, signing up.
The band started work on their third album in summer 2010. They took a new direction, previewing content with a new EP titled Guapa, which was well-received by fans and critics alike.
However, their third album failed to hit the top 40.
The band toured in autumn, playing Wolverhampton's Wulfrun Hall, and their Birmingham gig is a year-ending one-off.
