For a passenger, this means that the journey total takes about 3 minutes.

This train journey is considered by Network Rail to be the shortest branch line in all of Europe.

An adult ticket for this three minute journey costs £1.60, and there is a train that typically starts every 10 minutes on weekdays.

Stourbridge is a market town located in the Dudley borough at the southwestern edge of the Black Country, and the town is best known for being steeped in a glass-making industry. It is located on the River Stour and is about 12 miles west of the city of Birmingham.

For a modern day audience, the town is perhaps best known for being the hometown of England and Real Madrid football star Jude Bellingham who was born there in 2003.
