The unassuming West Midlands garden centre ranked among the best in Britain

St. Peter's Garden Centre has expressed delight as the centre has been ranked among 25 of the best garden centres in Britain.
The centre is located in Worcester and is 41.1 miles away from Wolverhampton - only a 55 minute car journey.
The family-owned garden centre was ranked 23rd best in the entire country, the list was compiled by the Garden Centre Association (GCA) for 2025.
The garden centre was first established in 1982, at the location shoppers can find a range of indoor and outdoor potted plants. Along with family-friendly spots such as a lovely café, restaurant and butchers.
One standout feature is Poppy’s Farm, the centre is a great place for children to learn about animals as they can see pigs, goats and chickens.
In a post to its more than 10,000 Instagram followers, the business celebrated its success with a reel and shared the following statement:
“We're officially Top 25 for The Best of British Garden Centres in 2025! 🏆 Awarded by the Garden Centre Association, we’re absolutely delighted. Thank you to our amazing team and customers for helping us grow 💪 Here’s to going bigger and better in 2026!”
The Garden Centre Association was first established 60 years ago, in 1966, and since then it has been the prime governing body for garden centres.
The entire garden centre has a ranking of 4.4 stars out of 2845 reviews on Google.
