'We are bringing premium quality with our food': Black Country restaurant owner ready to welcome in guests after refurbishment and menu upgrade

Red Leaf Global Buffet on West Bromwich High Street offers a wide selection of dishes from across the world, including English, European, Caribbean, Chinese, Indian, Mexican and Thai, as well as a roast carvery, vegan and vegetarian dishes and a fully licensed bar.
The restaurant has been part of the culinary scene in the town since 2013 and has recently undergone a renovation worth around £120,000 to give it a new look and update the food menu.
Owner Gurbir Singh said the idea around the updated menu was to provide more choice from an extended Chinese menu and also include a selection of grills.
He said: "We've made some changes to the interior of the restaurant, but the main difference we've made is by having a number of live kitchens where people can pick their selection and give it to the chef and they can cook it in front of them.
