We discovered a bottomless Wagyu rodizio in the West Midlands with the most more-ish melt in your mouth meats
A Brazilian restaurant in the West Midlands is the only rodizio in the UK to offer unlimited Wagyu and you won’t believe how more-ish the meat is
It’s one of the West Midlands’ newest rodizio restaurants - a Brazilian style venue where you can enjoy all the meat you can eat, served at your table in a beautiful setting.
And Beleza Rodizio, which opened in October in Solihull, is staking a claim over quality cuts - by offering unlimited Wagyu.
Yes, you really did read that right.
You can enjoy bottomless servings of one of the world’s most prized cuts of beef when you visit the venue in the Touchwood shopping centre (where TGI Friday’s used to be).
Wagyu is renowned for its iconic marbling that creates the ultimate melt-in-your-mouth texture and rich, buttery, meaty flavourings.
At Beleza Rodizio it is flame grilled on charcoal with a touch of salt and pepper - and nothing else. Well, what else would you need when you’ve got Wagyu!

We got to try so many different cuts of Wagyu during our recent visit hosted by founder Nico Jamil - who told us how he had sourced the highest quality Wagyu 9+ that he could for the ultimate experience for guests at his restaurants.
The Beleza wagyu feast includes Alcatra, picanha, maminha, bavette d’aloyau, contra file, bife ancho and costeleta, You can choose how well you want your meat cooked too.
The flavouring was sensational - tender, juicy and full of vitamins and protein goodness. It really is one of the best meat meals I have had in a long time - and coming from a family of cattle farmers in Ireland, I like to think I can trust my DNA instincts for such matters.
If I had to pick a favourite, I would have to opt for the Wagyu bife ancho, I love rich flavourings and this high marbled ribeye cut was outstanding..

Beleza Rodizio prides itself on its authentic Brazilian restaurant experience. It is one of a kind in Solihull and a huge boost to the dining scene in the West Midlands.
Its launch late last year marked a £1.25 million investment from the hospitality group which also has restaurants in Stratford-Upon-Avon and Hull.

In addition to Wagyu, Beleza Rodizio guests are served cuts of gammon, lamb pineapple, fiery beef with chilli and chicken hearts (for the brave) right at their table by the vibrant brand’s knowledgeable and friendly passadores..
Of course we must also mention the phenomenally impressive salad bar where guests can choose from an amazing selection of hot and cold plates.
Some of my favourites included cheese bread, the colourful vegetables, pasta, cheeses, cold meats - the list is almost endless. Bottomless fries, garlic bread and onion rings are also offered at guests’ tables, it really is a feast like no other.

There’s a great cocktail menu as well, showcasing a selection of Brazilian favourites. Among the most popular tipples is the Beleza Spritz, a blend of raspberry vodka, lychee, and prosecco, finished with a touch of candy floss for colour.
There are mocktails, beers, wines and spirits to choose from too all served in the beautifully stylish venue.

The interior is inspired by Brazil’s natural warmth and colour and filled with greenery and soft lighting.
Thoughtful touches like bronze details at the bar and a relaxed, heated terrace add to the allure.
It’s lively, contemporary and a great setting to enjoy a long, sociable meal with plenty of atmosphere..
Nico Jamil, Founder of Beleza Rodizio, said: “We are thrilled to have officially opened our doors in Solihull and share the authentic spirit of Brazilian rodizio dining with everyone here.
“We want to offer a vibrant, memorable experience built on exceptional food, atmosphere, and hospitality. After the success of our restaurants in Hull and Stratford-upon-Avon, Solihull is the perfect next step for the Beleza Rodizio journey.”
