Mo and Enam Islam have taken the concept of Indian street food that might be served in Mumbai or Delhi and added their own twist to it at Delhi Streets, set in the same shop their father Mr Ali had run his own restaurant in the 1980s and 90s.

Set on Park Lane in Wednesbury, the takeaway has been welcoming in the public over the last three months since opening with modern Indian street food, including curry boxes, loaded fries, wraps and chaat.

Enam spoke about the concept and said it was around fusing different flavours together to create tasty dishes.

He said: "It's all about Indian street food with a modern twist to what people expect these days and takes what you'd get on the streets of Delhi, but give it a modern twist.
