New 'SushiDog' restaurant offering free food to first 100 customers ahead of grand opening in 2026

The first 100 customers through the door at a new sushi fast-food restaurant in the Bullring will enjoy a free treat when it opens next year.

SushiDog officially opens at Bullring, Birmingham on Saturday 31 January 2026, bringing its fully customisable sushi to the Midlands for the very first time.

To celebrate the launch, the restaurant have announced that the first 100 customers through the door will enjoy a free SushiDog from their Signature menu.

After that, guests can enjoy 50 per cent off from January 31 to February 1, making opening weekend the ideal time to try out the new lunch spot.

Over launch weekend, visitors can also take part in a SushiDog spin-the-wheel for a chance to win exclusive prizes, including limited-edition tote bags designed by local illustrator, Phoebe Robinson.

Located on the upper level of Bullring, the kiosk-style venue showcases SushiDog’s bright, playful design and seats up to 25 guests. Every dish is made fresh to order, with endless customisation options, from vibrant veggies and premium proteins to bold house made sauces offering a fun, fresh way to start the year feeling good.
