Popular Wolverhampton pub to hold its first ever beer festival with local beers - full details here
A popular pub in Wolverhampton is getting ready for a long weekend of beer and fun as it holds its first ever beer festival.
The Vine Inn on Lichfield Road in Wednesfield will be providing 50 beers, crafts kegs and ciders for people to try between Thursday, December 4 and Sunday, December 7 at the pub for its Christmas Beer Festival.
The beers will come from a mixture of places, including local breweries such as AJ's Ales, Enville, Sarah Hughes and Holden's, as well as from further afield, with Ludlow Brewery, Titanic Brewery from Stoke-on-Trent and Wiley Fox from Wigan among the breweries sending beer and cider over.
It will also been a weekend for good food as well, with Grey Peas and Bacon on offer on Thursday and Friday and Pulled Pork on Saturday and Sunday, plus the usual pub selection of home-made cobs, sausage rolls, pork pies and scotch eggs, while there will be live music through the weekend as well.
