A new pub set inside a Sedgley care home is set to provide residents with a comfortable space to relax, connect, and enjoy a touch of timeless charm.

Staff at Sedgley Court Care Home have been working to get the Sedgley Arms ready for residents and the local community to use, with an official launch date of Friday, November 28.

Front of house manager Stacey Morrall said the idea for the pub had come from having created some other communal areas inside the home and wanting to provide a safe and comfortable space.

She said: "The idea came from the fact that we are a lifestyle home and everything we do is about creating a community inside for our residents and we've already got a cinema and a salon on site.
