Albert’s Schloss Birmingham unveils sparkling Wunderbar White Christmas plans - and they’re looking pretty spectacular

This Christmas, Albert’s Schloss in Birmingham are kicking off a fun celebration filled with festive feasting, seasonal tipples and their signature entertainment that captures the magic of Christmas like nowhere else. 

For the festive season, Schloss is transforming into a sparkling winter wonderland. The team have told how the fires will be roaring, the lights will be sparkling and the Schnapps will be flowing.

And they promise that is will be the perfect place to unwrap your Christmas spirit.

What’s on the drinks menu at Albert’s Schloss Birmingham for Christmas?

The Wunderbar White Christmas Drinks menu launched on November 4, inviting guests to raise a stein to the season with a lineup of limited-edition festive tipples:

• Santa’s little helper: Pornstar Spritz with Absolut Citron, Passoã, passionfruit lime, pineapple, prosecco

• The Grinch: Grey Goose Citron, matcha. Takamaka Coconut rum, green tea, lemon, Better’s Bitters, mint

• Frankincense & Myrrh Schnapps 

• Boozy Hot Shokolade: Grey Goose L’Orange vodka and topped with cream and marshmallows

What about festive food?

The Cook Haus Festive menu is also underway, serving up the ultimate Christmas feast that the tema promise is guaranteed to get guests in the spirit. From set menus starting at £38 to shareable board platters from, diners can tuck in to a lineup of seasonal comfort dishes. 

Dishes on the menu this year include the warming Bier Onion soup and Alpine Krokettes as well as hearty showstoppers like the Roast Cheshire Turkey and Schloss’ signature Pork Knuckle - each served with all the indulgent festive trimmings including Sformato (baked truffle mash), schweins in blankets and creamy cauliflower cheese.

Making an anticipated return is the much-loved Cheese Fondue for two - a decadent blend of Vacherin Fribourgeois and Gruyère with white wine, served bubbling with haus pickles, sourdough and new potatoes. The ultimate comfort dish and the perfect sharing moment for the season.
