The Bilash on Cheapside in Wolverhampton city centre has retained its two AA Rosettes for another year following a successful inspection, as well as being listed in the AA Restaurant guide for 2026.

An AA Rosette is an award for culinary excellence given to restaurants and hotels in the UK and Ireland, based on assessments by AA inspectors, with the awards on a rising scale from one to five rosettes, with five rosettes representing cooking that compares with the best in the world.

Achieving a rosette is a significant accomplishment and indicates a high level of cooking skill, ingredient quality, and overall dining experience and owner Mo Khan spoke about what had gone into the inspection to ensure the restaurant kept its two Rosettes.
