Reepa has joined up with Jeevan Johal and Nemo's Fish and Chips in Lower Gornal to create the Reepa Burger, which is a toasted bagel bun, two spicy chicken fillets, and a signature Reepa Sauce, which is made to a secret recipe.

As well as being a new promotion at the chip shop on Lake Street, there is also a charitable side to the burger as all the proceeds from sales of the £5 burger in October will be donated to the Way Youth Zone in Wolverhampton.

The burger, which launched on Wednesday, is part of a greater project by Nemo's to give back to the community and came from Reepa releasing his new single "Burger and Sauce" and Jeevan celebrating his 30th birthday and both saying they wanted to do something more than just a party.

Reepa and Jeevan Johal said the burger came out of wanting to mark landmark moments with a collaboration between food and music

Jeevan said: "We decided the best way to celebrate was by creating something fun for the community that would also make a real difference and that’s how the Reepa Burger came to life.

"We've been friends for many years and grew up with the same type of music and it was just a discussion we had with each other, as we've worked with the youth in the past and we've always liked to give back.
