We visited a Rushall pub which is family-friendly and works to be a centre for the community
It's a pub which aims to provide a warm welcome, a cold drink and a great experience to the community it serves.
There are plenty of pubs which claim to be community-focussed venues, places which those entering can get a cold drink and feel like they've come to somewhere which serves the community and the people around it.
Take a walk into small communities and you'll find lots of pubs which are central to those settings and which work to entertain and bring people together through quizzes, events and fundraisers.
One pub which has taken a lead in working with its community and becoming the centre of it is the Farmers Boy in Rushall.

The pub on Barns Lane sits in the heart of the town near to Stubbers Green and has been a popular venue to locals and passing trade for years, while also undergoing a major £430,000 refurbishment by Heineken-owned Star Pubs & Bars in 2019.
A walk inside the pub reveals a large bar area with wooden flooring and plenty of seating areas around the edge and on tables, as well as a large bar area and a big room at the end with gaming machines and pool tables, as well as TVs showing sport around the pub.
