A new hospitality experience has arrived at Aston Villa with a Michelin-starred chef - here’s what fans can expect
Michelin starred chef Brad Carter is collaborating with Aston Villa to offer the ultimate football dining experience
Aston Villa Football Club has proudly announced a landmark partnership with Michelin-starred chef Brad Carter - who is also a lifelong Villa fan.
Supporters and guests can now enjoy a fine dining football feast with a delicious menu in the club’s super stylish 150 club in this exciting collaboration that is bringing together two Birmingham legends.
Dishes include fried chicken with Exmoor caviar, amazing lamb kebabs, lobster and prawn toast and some of the tastiest roast chicken you could ever imagine - all paired with bespoke cocktails.
Brad’s innovative, ingredient-led cooking has put the West Midland’s food scene on the global map. Villa say the partnership marks a new era of hospitality at Villa Park.
Brad rose to prominence through his acclaimed Moseley restaurant Carters, which he opened with his wife Holly in 2010 just a few miles from his birthplace.

Carters quickly became a beacon of modern British gastronomy, celebrating seasonal produce and sustainability. It won Good Food Guide Readers’ Restaurant of the Year in 2013 and a Michelin Star in 2015, followed by numerous accolades including the Sustainable Chef of the Year award in 2018.
“This is home for me; Villa Park and Birmingham. To bring my food to the club I’ve loved all my life is beyond special,” said Brad Carter. “I want to give supporters and guests a true taste of Birmingham, playful, rooted in the seasons and served with the passion only Villa can inspire.”

In addition to his Michelin-starred background, Brad is also the creative mind behind One Star Döner Bar, which reimagines Berlin-style kebabs with the same commitment to quality and sustainability, and Island, a modern surf-and-turf concept launched with Chef Tom Brown.
Laura Worsey from Aston Villa Football Club, said: “Brad Carter is a Birmingham icon, just like Aston Villa. We are thrilled to welcome him home to Villa Park. This partnership is about elevating the matchday experience and celebrating the best our city has to offer, both on and off the pitch.”
Founded in 1874, Aston Villa is one of the oldest and most successful football clubs in England, with a rich heritage including seven league titles, seven FA Cups, five League Cups, and a European Cup.
AVFC added: “This new chapter at the 150 Club reflects the club’s commitment to excellence not just in football, but in every aspect of the supporter experience.”
The new 150 Club dining experience offers a selection of three exclusive menus curated by Brad Carter and his team.
