MP hails work of DJ Dicky Dodd after his role is axed
An MP has paid tribute to Wolverhampton radio legend Dicky Dodd who was axed from his role on Signal 107.

Pat McFadden, MP for Wolverhampton South East, had written to radio bosses calling them to save the role for the popular DJ – with hundreds also signing a petition.
But the radio presenter – known across the city – was made redundant from his role as the station moved to integrate with the Hits Radio Brand Network.

Mr McFadden said: "Dicky Dodd has been a huge part of the city and he will be missed. I wish him all the very best."
It comes after the MP said it would be a "tragedy" to lose Dicky from the airwaves.
