Seventh Wave Festival returns to Birmingham

The second The Seventh Wave festival returns to Birmingham in March.

The festival of electronic music runs from March 23 to 26.

It includes a conference including Martyn Ware of Heaven 17, Richard Barbieri of Japan and Rusty Egan of Visage at the Birmingham and Midland Institute on March 25 from 12,30pm to 5.30pm.

There will also be performances and DJ sets in The Flapper at Cambrian Wharf from March 23 to 25 including Martyn Ware and Rusty Egan on the Saturday night.

On Sunday, March 26, there will be an afternoon and evening events in the Blue Orange Theatre in Great Hampton Street at 1.30pm and 6.30pm.

The inaugural festival took place across four days and three venues last November in the city
