Comedy heavyweights heading to Wolverhampton charity gala
Comedy heavyweights are heading to Wolverhampton to take part in a charity gala.

Wolverhampton's Central Youth Theatre will be holding its annual Hilarity Comedy Gala on May 18 at the city's Grand Theatre, based on Lichfield Street.
Three well-known comedians will be taking to the stage for free as part of the event, which raises money for the youth theatre.
Josh Widdicombe will be returning to the gala for the second time, along with Romesh Ranganathan and compère Daniel Kitson. Other comedians are yet to be announced.
The event, which is in its fourth year, has previously included some of the biggest names in British comedy, including Jon Richardson, Russell Howard, Greg Davies and Rob Beckett.
Comedian Tom Parry, who is a patron of the charity and a former member, said: "We're hoping to sell out this year's event and raise around £10,000. We're really looking forward to bringing a fantastic night of comedy, with some of the UK's best comedians to Wolverhampton.
"The fact that they have taken the time out of their schedules to support us speaks volumes and shows how well-known the event and the Central Youth Theatre have become."
Jane Ward, director of CYT said: "We would not have been able to continue our work without holding the Hilarity Gala every year.
"The money raised will go towards giving young people in Wolverhampton real opportunities, regardless of their backgrounds, to be involved in the performing arts.
"This is the second time Josh has been involved in the gala and it seems to be the event where people can catch great comedy acts before they go out there and make it big. It's one not to miss."
