André Rieu, AKA The King of the Waltz, is setting hearts a flutter with news of a new album and tour to showcase it.

The record, Falling In Love, is to be released on Decca Records on November 25, ahead of a major UK arena tour with his Johann Strauss Orchestra in December.

Performing some of the world's favourite love-themed tunes in his unique style, the album will be released alongside a DVD entitled The Flying Dutchman which captures the breath-taking spectacle of Rieu's live shows.

The album includes renditions of favourites such as Can't Help Falling In Love, My Heart Will Go On (from Titanic, and the hit from Cats - Memory.

His arena tour sees him stop off at the Genting Arena in Birmingham on Wednesday, December 21.

On top of this, André Rieu: Christmas with André is coming to more than 500 cinemas nationwide this winter. On Saturday, November 19, at 5pm, the show will be broadcast with encore screenings taking place in selected cinemas on Sunday, November 27, at 3pm.

Audiences will be treated to an exclusive live intimate tour of Maastricht's magical Christmas highlights and Rieu will participate in a Q&A with CinemaLive host Charlotte Hawkins.
