Star Wars Stormtrooper patrols Wolverhampton streets
With May the Fourth the day of Star Wars, it was no surprise to see a Stormtrooper roaming the streets of Wolverhampton.
But this in fact was internet sensation Nikki Dearns, who has become a local celebrity over the last couple of years after taking her fascination with the film to a whole new level.
Seen here with passers by, she was happy to stop and take selfies as she wandered around near the Express & Star headquarters.
The Stormtrooper costume gets worn out in public whenever she can, but May the Fourth was a special day considering Nikki has been such a long-time fan of the film.
Nikki's first stormtrooper costume, which was made of foam, was bought on eBay.
But she has upgraded it by splashing out £700 on one which has the full body armour. The stormtrooper costume features an all white bodysuit complete with a helmet too.
