Birmingham exhibition for Specials bassist
An art exhibition by the bassist of pop band The Specials is being staged in Birmingham.

Horace Panter studied fine art at Coventry's Lanchester Polytechnic.
He and another artist Morgan Howell have a pop art exhibition running at Reuben Colley Fine Art in Colmore Row from November 12 to 28.
