Rough Diamondz is original Sparkler

The struggles of modern life are depicted in Rough Diamondz, a dramatic production by Engage Youth Empowerment Services at the Wolverhampton Grand Theatre.

The show, by young people from diverse backgrounds and cultures within Wolverhampton, is told through different families and the struggles and issues they face.

The creators say that despite the temptations, heartache and tensions around them, the production shows these young people fight to make it through against all odds.

The play is a fusion of traditional, modern and urban music.
