Fosters Edinburgh Awards Nominee 2010, Gareth Richards became an instant favourite on the comedy circuit due to his engaging observational comedy and inspired one-liners.
He can be heard every Saturday morning from 8am on Frank Skinner's Absolute Radio Show.
Gareth appeared in the Comedy Zone at the Edinburgh Festival in 2009 – the Fringe's longest-running and most prestigious stand-up showcase.
Joining Gareth will be Laughing Horse Winner, Amused Moose and Funny Women Finalist Roisin Conaty. A multi-talented writer and performer, Roisin brings her distinctive style of stand up to clubs all over the country and is much in demand as an MC.
She is also a gifted character comic, who can switch between roles seamlessly. She currently performs as one half of 'The Cakes' and is working on a number of TV and radio ideas.
Following the launch of The Met Studio at the Gatehouse in September 2010, the 110 capacity venue has gone from strength to strength, providing Stafford residents with the best of British comedy at affordable prices in an intimate setting.
Tickets cost £12 (£10 concessions) and are available from www.staffordgatehousetheatre.co.uk or the box office on 01785 254 653.
